Typical flow

1. Export transactions from your bank, card, or PayPal as CSV or Excel.
2. In WatchMySpend, open Import and upload the file.
3. Map date, amount, payee, and category columns — preview before saving.
4. Resolve duplicates if needed, then merge into your on-device ledger.

Why import instead of bank login?

Free never requires Plaid. You keep spending history under your control in this browser. Upgrade to Pro later if you want ongoing bank sync.
